About the role

As the Workshop Controller at Honda Vimal Auto Liner Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operation of the company's automotive workshop located in Kangar Perlis. This is a full-time position, and you will play a vital role in ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and consistently delivers high-quality service to customers.

What you\'ll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling jobs, allocating work to technicians, and monitoring progress
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with Honda\'s quality and safety protocols
• Liaise with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and addressing any concerns or issues
• Oversee the maintenance of workshop equipment and tools, and coordinate any necessary repairs or replacements
• Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency, and implement improvements where necessary
• Provide leadership and guidance to the workshop team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the workshop\'s operations
