As a Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of Honda vehicles, ensuring our customers receive high-quality service and support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Honda vehicles, including oil changes, brake servicing, and engine diagnostics
• Troubleshoot and repair various automotive systems, such as electrical, mechanical, and emissions
• Accurately document all work performed and maintain detailed records
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What we’re looking for

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in automotive repair and maintenance, preferably with a focus on Honda vehicles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Proficient in the use of automotive diagnostic equipment and tools
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanour
• Valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a variety of vehicles
