Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Job Controller to join our Automotive Aftersales & Workshop Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate and monitor daily workshop jobs, manage job orders, and ensure timely progress across repairs.

The ideal candidate has a SKM/Certificate/Diploma in Automotive or related field, familiarity with workshop workflows, and strong organization. Basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• SKM/Certificate/Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical or related field.
• Experience in Automotive Workshop / Aftersales / Service Centre is an advantage.
• Familiar with Job Order, Repair Order, Workshop Workflow & Vehicle Repair Process.
• Organized, responsible and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills.

Your Role

Coordinate and monitor daily workshop jobs & Job Orders (JO)

Track vehicle repair progress and workshop turnaround time

Follow up on pending jobs, parts and repair status

Ensure jobs are completed according to schedule

Monitor vehicle movement from check-in repair completion

Maintain accurate job records, repair orders & workshop documentation

Support Workshop / Aftersales Management in daily operations

What We’re Looking For

SKM / Certificate / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical or related field
