Job summary

Icon Jco Puchong SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Foreman-Job Controller to join our Automotive Engineering division in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. You will oversee production operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality throughout manufacturing processes.

You will help bridge communication between management and production teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within specification, while guiding technicians and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Foreman, Workshop Supervisor, Job Controller or Senior Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair processes.
• Proven leadership, communication and team management abilities.
• Excellent organisational and job scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to prioritise multiple repair jobs and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems and job tracking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities and technicians.

About the role

Icon Jco Puchong SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Foreman-Job Controller to join our Automotive Engineering division. This is a full-time position based in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, coordinating job schedules, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing processes. As Foreman-Job Controller, you will be instrumental in bridging communication between management and production teams, whilst ensuring projects are completed on time and within specification.
