Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to act as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, delivering pre-sales support and tailored wireless network solutions.

You will collaborate with sales teams, demonstrate solutions to customers, and help drive market expansion across regional accounts while staying abreast of evolving wireless technologies such as GSM, LTE, 5G and NB-IoT.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering for telecom or IT solutions.
• Ability to tailor wireless solutions to customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, providing pre-sales support and technical consultations to customers.
• Develop and customize wireless network solutions based on customer requirements, business objectives, and competitive market conditions.
• Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Present technical solutions and value propositions effectively to customers, demonstrating how proposed solutions address their business needs.
• Support market expansion and project development initiatives through solution demonstrations and customer engagements.
• Manage customer product requirements and contribute to business development activities with key accounts.
• Promote wireless networking solutions through workshops, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
• Stay updated on evolving wireless technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
