Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Network Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team, qualify leads, and design solutions for enterprise networking customers. You will conduct POC demonstrations, prepare BOMs, and act as the main technical resource for customer inquiries.

Requirements include 3+ years of relevant experience, a CS/IT degree, and willingness to travel around Klang Valley. Onsite work mode with permanent employment and medical coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley.
• Experience with pre-sales design for enterprise networking (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
• Experience supporting sales teams in pre-sales or solution architect roles.
• Familiar with BOM for RFQ/RFP/tender submissions.
• Medical coverage (outpatient and inpatient).

We are seeking an experienced Network Pre-Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, qualifying leads and designing solutions that address customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical perspective.
• Deliver effective sales and product presentations to prospective clients.
• Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and product demonstrations.
• Provide technology updates and technical guidance to customers.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (B.O.M) for RFQ/RFP/tender submissions.
• Act as the main technical resource for customer inquiries regarding features, specifications, functionality, and integration.
• Collaborate with principals, internal sales teams, and product teams to ensure solution designs align with customer requirements.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
