The role requires analytical thinking, strong coordination skills, and the ability to lead shifts. Proficiency in Excel and WMS, plus fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required; Bachelor’s degree accepted.
• Minimum 2 years in specialized ground ops warehousing.
• Strong analytics and ability to navigate WMS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Team player who can lead a team independently.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Operations: receive, inspect, and verify goods; ensure accurate stock recording.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, implement FIFO/FEFO.
• Outbound Operations: oversee picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery; minimize errors.
• Process Optimization & Reporting: identify bottlenecks, generate reports on stock levels and discrepancies.
• Team Coordination & Leadership: supervise and train warehouse staff; promote accountability and safety.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against move transfer orders initiated from main warehouse.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of stock into the inventory system.
• Coordinate with counterparts in main warehouse and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies or damages.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain high accuracy across all SKUs.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Implement and maintain proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Identify slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock and take corrective actions.

Outbound Operations

• Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain quality control standards to minimize errors and returns.

Process Optimization & Reporting

• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Generate regular operational reports including stock levels, fulfillment rates, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Supervise and train warehouse staff in best practices and operational standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in specialized ground ops warehousing background.
• Strong in analytics and logical thinking to navigate warehouse management systems (WMS) excel and powerpoint presentations.
• A good team player and able to lead a team independently.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good coordination and organizational skill.
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
• Able to work on shift hours
