Job summary

YITHAI BREEDING FARM (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, returns and inventory. You will lead a team, manage attendance and schedules, and ensure KPIs are met while coordinating with sales, order teams and logistics to keep shipments on schedule.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing/logistics, strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Education: at least SPM or Diploma, advanced/graduate diploma, or bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 1–2 years in manufacturing/logistics/warehousing.
• Skills: team leadership, good communication, coordination; proficient with MS Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations (inbound, returns, inventory).
• Manage team performance including attendance, schedules, and KPI.
• Track and share shipment progress with sales/order teams and coordinate with logistics for anomalies.
• Prepare daily inventory, transportation, and sales reports; compile monthly/annual summaries.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Project Management, and Fleet operation for smooth workflows.
• Ensure stock security, safety, and loss prevention; maintain clean, organized warehouse.
• Propose process improvements and address issues as they arise.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job description

• Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations such as inbound/return/inventory
• Manage team member’s performance including attendance, work schedule, KPI
• Track and share the progress of shipment to sales and order teams in time, and coordinate anomalies with logistics team
• Daily report (inventory, transportation, daily sales) monthly/annual summary report work
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks
• Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management and Fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation
• Responsible for security, safety and loss prevention of stocks
• Ensure warehouse area is safe, clean and organized through regular inspection
• Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes
• Propose solutions should any problem/issue arise
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in specialized in manufacturing/logistics/warehousing background
• A good team player and able to lead a team independently
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good coordination and organizational skill
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
• Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Kampung Baru Subang, Jalan TUDM, Shah Alam
• Having a Lorry license (GDL) is an advantage to apply

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
