Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, distribution and delivery, ensuring accuracy and safety.

You will manage a team, oversee inventory control, 5S, and EHS compliance, while utilizing Oracle System/ERP-WMS. Automotive industry experience is a plus; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM or Diploma is required.
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
• Experience and knowledge in automotive industry are added advantages.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse and logistic operations.
• Time management skills and the able to work with all levels of people.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP-WMS.

Responsibilities

• Receiving all the raw materials and disposal of all packaging materials.
• Task allocation and assignment to all warehouse staffs; lead the team to run daily operations smoothly according to plan.
• Maintain warehouse safety; include contractors in the premises; maintain resources, equipment and fixed assets.
• Manage operations including receiving, storage, picking/packing, distribution and delivery; ensure transactions are correct.
• Control and coordinate the movement of marine containers and transporters.
• Provide training and guidelines for all warehouse staff.
• Track and monitor the movement of recyclable metal trolley for finished stock with customers and transporters.
• Organize daily and monthly stock counting; submit reports on time.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and delivery accuracy; documents filed per legal requirements and company policies.
• Achieve 5S standard; compliance to EHS; support IATF, ISO and other certifications.
• Maintain and update Oracle System accurately and on time.
• Control warehouse expenses including overtime charges within budget.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.

Requirement Profile: Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
