Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading, dispatch and shipping. You will lead staff, coordinate shifts, and ensure safe, accurate inventory handling and timely order fulfilment.

The role requires 3–7 years in warehouse/logistics, with preferred supervisory experience and strong focus on safety and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and monitoring productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading, dispatch and shipping.
• Lead warehouse staff by coordinating work schedules, task assignments, manpower allocation and shift handover.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, warehouse transactions and documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with operations, inventory, transport and client service teams.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment, shipping processing and service execution.
• Conduct regular warehouse floor checks for safety, housekeeping and proper handling of goods.
• Support inventory counts, cycle counts, stock audits and discrepancy investigation.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, service levels and operational performance.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and material handling tools.
• Train warehouse employees on procedures, safety practices, SOPs and instructions.
• Escalate issues to management in a timely manner and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support quality control activities during peak periods and absence coverage.

• Support quality control activities during peak periods or absence coverage by ensuring proper handling, inspection follow-up, issue escalation, and service continuity.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics operations, freight forwarding, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shift work, monitoring productivity, and supporting inventory accuracy is preferred.
