Job summary

ETI (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities in Penang, Malaysia. You will manage receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control to ensure accurate order fulfilment.

The role requires a Diploma in Warehouse / Logistics Management, at least 3 years' experience, and proficiency in MS Office; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Warehouse / Logistic Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in similar capacity or related field.
• Computer literate and has knowledge of MS Office, familiar with ERP & SAP is an added advantage.
• Possess strong background in warehousing and logistic.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, urgency and commitment to efficiently meet deadlines.
• Possess good leadership and communication skills and able to work with Management and all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods including labelling/re-labelling, packing, loading and unloading of goods.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's warehouse, including stock control, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate the logistics of product deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatches to clients.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
• Liaise with suppliers and carriers to negotiate favourable rates and manage transportation logistics.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on warehouse and logistics performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
