Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics-focused individual to manage daily receiving, sorting, packing, quality checks, and shipping processes. You will monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to correct inventory discrepancies.

You will assign daily tasks, oversee workflow, and evaluate staff performance, coordinating with transport, purchasing, and customer service teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Min SPM leaver.
• Training will be provided as needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, sorting, packing, quality, and shipping processes.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and fix inventory mistakes.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor work flow, and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate with transport, purchasing, and customer service teams.
• Follow up pending orders, outstanding orders, and holds.
