Job summary

Unknown company is seeking a supervisor for finish goods storage and related inventory transactions. The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, strong inventory control knowledge, and familiarity with WMS/SAP.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in finish goods storage and transactions.
• Good understanding of inventory control.
• Computer literate; knowledge of WMS/SAP is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good written and verbal English/BM.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and ensure they carry out their functions with responsibility and efficiency.
• Control and maintain records of all stock transactions from incoming to outgoing.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts and prepare IRA reports.
• Implement FIFO through planning, organization, monitoring, and review to ensure proper storage and safety.
• Organize premiums/packaging materials for repacking activities.
• Plan leaves for workers.
• Train staff on proper and safe handling of goods and documents.
• Comply with health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) requirements and other management system standards (ISO, GDP, FSSC, EMS).
• Perform any other assignments related to company or career growth.

• 1. Supervise workers and ensure that they carry out their job function with full responsibility & efficiency.
• 2. Control and maintain records of all stock transactions right from incoming, in-process to outgoing.
• 3. Conduct weekly & monthly stock count on all stock and prepare IRA reports for submission.

Competency:-

• 1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate or Diploma in material handling or equivalent.
• 2. Good understanding in inventory control.
• 3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in supervisory of finish goods storage and transaction.
• 4. Computer literate & knowledge in WMS/SAP is an added advantage
• 5. Strong interpersonal skills and a good written and verbal command of English/BM are essential.
