Job summary

Standard Box Industry Sdn Bhd (Johor) is seeking a Delivery Planner to organize efficient schedules, routes and dispatch documents for daily operations in our Johor facility.

You will plan delivery plans by priority and customer requirements, coordinate with logistics partners, monitor on-time performance, and communicate status to warehouse and sales teams while ensuring compliance and accuracy of orders and labels.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• Preferably 1 Year of working experience in the related field.
• Good interpersonal skills and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery schedules based on priority, route, and customer requirements.
• Ensure on time delivery.
• Plan optimal delivery routes to minimize time, cost, and fuel consumption.
• Adjust schedules for urgent, late, or rescheduled deliveries.
• Adjust delivery plans during emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen delays.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics or contractors when needed.
• Ensure all dispatch documents (Delivery Order, Invoice, Label, COA etc.) are accurate and complete.
• Verify customer requirements, delivery instructions, and statutory compliance for transported goods.
• Communicate delivery plans to warehouse staff, and sales team. Update on delivery status or delays promptly.
• Analyze delivery performance and suggest improvements in scheduling or routing.
