Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of pickers and drivers in Perai, Penang. You will oversee daily operations, ensure on-time picking, packing and delivery, maintain stock integrity, and mentor staff while enforcing safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of pickers, drivers and assistant drivers.
• Ensure daily picking lists are completed.
• Manage delivery schedules and routing including third party transporters
• Ensure picking, packing and delivery is without mistakes.
• Maintain good working discipline within warehouse team.
• Responsible for managing monthly stock take.
• Maintain warehouse conditions in clean and tidy manner.
• Manage expired/bad stocks return to be returned to suppliers.
• Ensure the safety of warehouse team and products.
• Communicate with close functions such as invoicing team and sales team.
