Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage inbound and outbound activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing and stock movements.

You will plan manpower, storage layout, replenishment and daily sales orders, while leading the Inbound team and collaborating with other departments to maintain high productivity and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
• On time completion of assigned job and responsibility correctly
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, sorting, counting, reworking, put-away, and order processing.
• Plan manpower, resources, storage locations, replenishment, and daily sales orders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and daily stock counts are properly maintained.
• Assign and monitor incoming and outgoing orders according to company procedures and SOPs.
• Lead and coordinate the Inbound team and work closely with other departments on daily operations.
• Monitor warehouse safety and security to minimise operational incidents.
• Review and improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and inventory control procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
