Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will maintain inventory records in SAP/EWM, lead cycle counts, coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams, and drive improvements to layout, storage, and flow while upholding safety and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse operators.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP / EWM.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch.
• Ability to drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch.
• Ensure materials are handled, stored, and issued in compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Ensure accurate inventory records in SAP / EWM system.
• Lead cycle count activities, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse operators including attendance, task allocation, and performance.
• Liaise with Production, Order Desk, Procurement, and Quality teams for material availability and priorities.
• Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes including layout, storage, and flow.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation including GR, DN, stock adjustments, and inspection records.
