Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN LIFEWORK SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate local deliveries, imports and exports, and oversee daily warehouse operations in Johor. You will ensure inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, proper documentation, and safe operations.

You will lead daily activities, monitor stock levels, and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental requirements. forklift experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Warehousing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in supervision.
• Familiar with receiving, dispatching, stocktaking and inventory management.
• Able to use basic office software and warehouse management systems.
• Able to lead a team and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure all incoming/outgoing goods are checked against documents and recorded accurately.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and conduct regular stock counts.
• Maintain item records and prepare reports on inventory movements and costs.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Implement inventory controls and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labour and environmental requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate local deliveries, imports and exports, and oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, proper documentation, and safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, and assist with physical handling activities when required.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are checked against supporting documents and accurately recorded in the inventory and logistics systems.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and conduct regular stock counts to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Maintain accurate item records and prepare reports on inventory movements, warehouse operations, and operating costs.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse, and coordinate the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and tools.

Implement inventory controls, cost-saving measures, and process improvements to improve warehouse efficiency and space utilisation.

Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures and applicable safety, labour, and environmental requirements.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Diploma and above, vocational qualification, or above, preferably in Logistics, Warehousing, or a related field.

At least 2 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Familiar with warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, stocktaking, and inventory management.

Able to use basic office software and warehouse management systems.

Responsible, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to lead a team.

A forklift licence or relevant forklift operating experience will be an advantage.
