Private Advertiser is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations in Malaysia. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth workflow, and help plan manpower, space, and processes to hit productivity targets.

You will maintain a safe, compliant warehouse, monitor stock counts, and coordinate with inbound/outbound/logistics teams to meet delivery targets. The role requires strong leadership and experience in logistics and inventory management.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3 years & above of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes & operations compliances procedure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and any Warehouse or Inventory management system.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Willing and able to travel monthly and conduct operations compliances audit.
• Multiple location warehouse management experience would be advantage.

• Monitor delivery partner performance and explore cost‑efficient alternatives.
• Provide timely shipment updates to the sales team.
• Manage arrangements for local deliveries and courier shipments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
