Private Advertiser is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager in daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will supervise staff, plan manpower and space, and maintain a safe, compliant warehouse environment.

You will also monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate with inbound/outbound teams, and improve delivery performance. Travel monthly for audits and multi-location experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS/Inventory systems.
• Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Willing to travel monthly and conduct audits.
• Experience in multi-location warehouse management is an advantage.

• Oversee stock accuracy and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor delivery partner performance and explore cost‑efficient alternatives.
• Provide timely shipment updates to the sales team.
• Manage arrangements for local deliveries and courier shipments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes & operations compliances procedure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and any Warehouse or Inventory management system.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Willing and able to travel monthly and conduct operations compliances audit.

Multiple location warehouse management experience would be advantage.
