Job summary

Airwiz Air-Cond Parts Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, packing, and dispatching while coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and other departments.

The role requires leading a team, optimizing inventory control, improving warehouse layout, and streamlining workflows to reduce travel time and errors, while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in warehouse or related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & other stock inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and address daily warehouse activities or issue.
• Supervise, guide and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Ensure smooth receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and other departments.
• Arrange and coordinate daily deliveries.
• Ensure goods are prepared accurately within required timeframe according to delivery orders and customer requirements.
• Ensure the incoming stock are correctly taken into account and organized in the warehouse.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and properly maintained.
• Plan, test, and implement warehouse layout improvements based on SKU velocity, order profiles, and ergonomic principles.
• Streamline internal material handling and stock movement workflows to reduce travel time, handling costs, and fulfillment errors.
• Handling tasks assigned by Immediate Superior as and when required.
