Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our PTP location. You will ensure efficient manpower allocation, accurate inventory, and safe handling of goods while coordinating tasks across the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, train, and schedule warehouse employees.
• Able to handle stock discrepancies and operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse staff.
• Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure goods are stored safely and properly according to warehouse requirements.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Prepare routine forms, checklists, and warehouse records.
• Support and assist warehouse staff during busy periods when necessary.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
