Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse assistant to support daily warehouse operations at our PTP location. You will receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods accurately and safely according to documents and instructions.

The role requires basic schooling (SPM or equivalent) and good communication with colleagues and supervisors. Prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory, and you will work closely with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, secondary school certificate, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or storekeeping is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Able to work well with supervisors and other warehouse staff.
• Good communication skills with colleagues and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and conditions against delivery documents.
• Load and unload goods safely and properly.
• Arrange and store products in the designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and prepare items according to orders and instructions.
• Pack, label, and prepare goods for delivery.
• Assist with general warehouse cleaning and housekeeping.
• Check product labels and storage locations to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checking.
• Support other departments when required.
• Perform other reasonable duties and assignments as directed by management.
