Job summary

Glide Technology Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy and promote a safe working environment. • Forklift competency/license is an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Lead, guide and monitor warehouse team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor stock movement, inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of materials.
• Optimize warehouse space, layout and material flow.
• Monitor forklift and material-handling activities to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics and other departments for smooth material flow.
• Identify operational issues and support corrective actions and process improvements.
• Prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate operational records.
