Job summary

SPX Express in Sabah is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily driver scheduling and parcel flow. You will delegate tasks, monitor driver performance, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding safety SOPs.

Ideal candidates have leadership and communication skills, basic Excel, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic logistics environment, with a preference for applicants educated in Business or Supply Chain disciplines and local Sabah work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcounts.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure high level of customer service.
• Assist fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure compliance of safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection.
