Job summary

SPX Express in Sabah is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily activities for sorters and drivers, coordinate inbound parcels, and ensure timely delivery. You will monitor driver behavior, support the fleet team with training, and track KPI compliance to maintain high service standards.

The role requires Sabah-based candidacy, Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency, and 1–2 years in logistics. Rotational shifts and a 45-hour work week are expected.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Sabah under state law
• Currently based in Sabah
• SPM/O Level/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• 1–2 years in logistics/supply chain or equivalent
• Willing to rotate shifts; 45 hours weekly; 6 days a week

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcount
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor driver behavior and maintain high level of customer service
• Assist fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection
