Job summary

SPX Express in Sabah is seeking a logistics professional to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound linehaul operations. You will lead a ground team, optimize truck capacity, and ensure on-time deliveries per SLA while managing drivers and KPI targets.

The role requires 1–2 years in linehaul or logistics, a degree or diploma, and strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Sabah-based with a rotational shift may apply.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in linehaul or logistics.
• Experience in transport, supply chain and logistics management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound linehaul activities.
• Manage, brief and train ground team to follow SOP.
• Execute linehaul plans to meet SLA and optimize capacity.
• Manage vendor drivers and in-source drivers per KPI.
• Develop ad-hoc plans to support peak volume.
• Investigate linehaul delays and develop contingency plans.
• Lead bay coordinator to monitor loading efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate with sortation facilities to ensure sufficient manpower.
• Understand sorting process to improve linehaul schedule planning.
