Job summary

SPX Xpress (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for the Delivery Hub in Bekenu, Sarawak. You will oversee sorters and drivers, coordinate daily routes, and ensure timely parcel deliveries while upholding safety and SOP standards.

Applicants with 1–2 years in logistics or related fields, at least SPM/O Level or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, and good Bahasa Malaysia and English are encouraged to apply. Shift work and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• SPM/O Level or diploma/degree equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1–2 years logistics/supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers based on headcount.
• Receive inbound parcels from linehaul.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver behavior and maintain high customer service.
• Assist fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers.
• Monitor KPI compliance.
• Ensure safety policies and SOP compliance for in-hub parcel collection.

Legally allowed to work in Sarawak based on respective state law requirements

Candidates currently based in Sarawak are encouraged to apply

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O Level / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree equivalent

Good command of the language in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Preferably 1-2 years experience specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent

Shift-basis with shifts available 6 days a week, depending on agreed team arrangement

Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis

Working pattern:45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required

Descriptions:

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts

Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team

Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner

Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service

Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable

Monitor and report KPI compliance

Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
