Ngee Cycle Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Assistant in Malaysia to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking and packing goods, and to monitor stock levels for accuracy through regular checks.

Coordinate deliveries, liaise with transporters and internal teams, maintain documentation, and uphold safety standards. At least 1 year of related experience is preferred; Cantonese is a plus.

Formación

• SPM or certificate in inventory control or warehouse management is required.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• Valid driver's license (1 ton lorry).
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, and packing goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements, deliveries and transportation schedules for timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse and logistics documentation: delivery orders, GRs, and inventory reports.
• Liaise with transporters and internal departments on delivery matters.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and logistics issues.
• Support periodic stock takes and audits.
• Other duties as assigned.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation.

Coordinate logistics arrangements, deliveries, and transportation schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Prepare and maintain warehouse and logistics documentation, including delivery orders, goods receiving records, and inventory reports.

Liaise with transporters, and internal departments regarding delivery matters.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company safety procedures.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, delivery issues, and logistics-related concerns.

Support periodic stock take and audit activities.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Preferable for masculine candidate.

Able to speak in Cantonese is advantages.

Valid driver's license/ GDL license (1 ton lorry).

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Certificate in inventory control / Warehouse management or in related field.

Preferably at least 1 year(s) of related working experience.

Physically able to lifting heavy objects.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory.

Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.

Familiarity with inventory software.

Able to work independently.
