Life Factor Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Storekeeper cum Driver with a GDL driving license to manage daily store operations, inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.

The role requires 1–2 years in storekeeping or logistics, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a clean driving record. You will handle loading, deliveries, stock checks, and coordinate with Sales and Admin.

Candidates with Excel proficiency and basic office tasks will fit well; prior pharma/nutraceutical context is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, logistics or delivery.
• Good knowledge of inventory handling and stock control.
• Basic computer skills, especially Excel and inventory records.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Scope:

Manage daily store and inventory operations, including receiving, checking, storing and issuing goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock quantities are properly recorded.

Arrange and organise products, office supplies and company materials in the store.

Prepare goods for delivery according to sales orders and delivery schedules.

Conduct regular stock checking and assist with stock take.

Coordinate with Sales, Admin and other departments regarding stock requirements.

Handle packing, loading and unloading of goods when required.

Deliver products, documents and company items to customers, branches and other locations.

Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time.

Check delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documents before delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the store and company vehicle.

Conduct basic checks and ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean and in good condition.

Send the vehicle for servicing, inspection or maintenance when required.

Maintain proper records of deliveries, mileage, fuel and vehicle-related matters.

Follow all traffic, safety and company procedures while driving.

Assist with other office, store and logistics duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Valid GDL driving license is required.

Possess a valid Malaysian driving license and good driving record.

At least 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, logistics or delivery.

Previous experience as Storekeeper cum Driver / Warehouse Assistant cum Driver is an advantage.

Familiar with inventory management and stock handling.

Physically fit and able to lift, carry and move goods when required.

Responsible, punctual, careful and trustworthy.

Good knowledge of PJ/KL/Selangor roads and delivery routes.

Able to work independently and manage daily deliveries.

Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and inventory records.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin is an added advantage.
