Job summary

DCH Technology SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Malaysia. Responsibilities include picking, packing, scanning orders, receiving inbound materials, labeling and storing goods, and ensuring timely parcel handovers to couriers.

The role requires a positive attitude and ability to work with all staff levels, with English and BM proficiency; Chinese is a plus. We value employees who can maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist in general logistics

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and BM is required.
• Chinese language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking, scanning, and packing orders according to the order list.
• Ensure all orders are prepared and completed within the required timeline.
• Assist with receiving and unloading inbound materials.
• Label and store inbound materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Support parcel handover and ensure shipments are handed over to courier on time.
• Handle returned parcels and process according to company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Support daily warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

Job Requirements:

SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.

Proficient in English and BM.

Chinese speaking will be advantage.
