Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Malaysia Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a parts store associate to manage incoming spare parts, issue parts to technicians, and maintain stock levels for daily workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and cleanliness of the parts store
• Handle warranty parts and return parts according to company procedures
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and documentation
• Support the Parts Executive in daily operations and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the parts department.

Job description

Job Requirements

Certificate / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in parts, store, warehouse, or automotive aftersales environment

Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory control

Familiar with stock management systems and Microsoft Office

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Good teamwork, organization, and communication skills

Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
