Job summary

Vgo Global Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support day-to-day logistics operations. You will manage warehouse systems, coordinate shipments in Klang Valley, and ensure accurate order processing for e-commerce.

The role requires basic Excel skills, strong organization, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update Warehouse DO System and Courier System.
• Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries within Klang Valley.
• Process, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse, retail outlets, and online channels.
• Liaise with transporters, courier companies, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist in stock receiving, checking, labeling, and organization.
• Support inventory audits.
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and filing system.
• Assist warehouse operations are organized and completed on schedule.
