Nasty Cookie Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor based in Malaysia to oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. You will manage import/export processes, coordinate with transporters, and monitor inventory accuracy to meet OTIF KPIs.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and full working rights in Malaysia, with English language proficiency. Candidates should hold valid driving licences and be prepared for a fast-paced warehouse environment.

SALARY PACKAGE : BASIC + TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE + MEALS ALLOWANCE
Monitor receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Control
stock / inventory accuracy. Conduct cycle counts / stock takes. Ensure
warehouse layout is organized and safe. Maintain warehouse KPIs (OTIF, damage
rate, productivity). Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving,
storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Manage and oversee export and import logistics processes to ensure timely
and eicient movement of goods. Arrange local or interstate deliveries.
Coordinate with transporters, couriers, or hauliers. Plan routes and delivery
schedules. Control freight and transport costs.
Prepare, verify, and maintain export/import documentation such as
commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders (DO), bills of lading, airway
bills, and customs declarations
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers to
coordinate shipments whenever applicable. Ensure correct HS Code
classification
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export requirements,
and company policies. Maintain MIDA weekly reports, monthly reports,
quarterly reports, and yearly reports. Ensure compliance with Royal Malaysian
Customs Department or relevant customs authorities.
Track shipments and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or documentation
issues. Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments (both
physical and system)
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits
Lead and supervise warehouse sta, including training and performance
management. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Operate forklift when required for loading and unloading goods. Support delivery
whenever necessary
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance e efficiency and reduce
errors
Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role
Possess a valid Class E1/E2 driving licence
Possess a valid GDL licence (for goods delivery, if applicable)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with inventory management systems
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures
Familiarity with delivery routes and logistics coordination (export and import)
Warehouse environment (may be warm and physically demanding)
Require lifting heavy goods and operating machinery
Occasional overtime, weekends, or public holidays depending on operations
