Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Leader to oversee end-to-end operations across multiple sites. You will ensure efficient receiving, storage, and order fulfillment while driving productivity and service levels.

The role requires a strong track record in large-scale warehouse management, KPI governance, and multi-site leadership to meet SLAs and customer expectations. MBA or equivalent is a plus; Cyberjaya facility experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for senior roles.
• 10–15+ years warehousing, logistics, or supply chain ops experience.
• 5–8 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale warehouse ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across one or multiple sites.
• Ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions where needed.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives and process optimization programs.
• Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Serve as primary ops contact for key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure SLAs and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor P&L performance and control operating expenses.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective controls.
• Oversee cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations.

• Oversee cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Preferably 10–15+ years of warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations experience.
• Minimum 5–8 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale warehouse operations.
• Experience managing multi-site distribution centers preferred.
• Experience in 3PL logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
