Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for EPOD case activities and investigation of DO cases.
• Coordinate with appointed 3rd party logistics to meet scheduled timelines.
• Daily audit checks for 3rd party fulfillment allocations.
• Collaborate with warehouse on system issues.
• Record daily warehouse and truck temperature logs.
• Follow up on new stores and refit store ordering to planning delivery dates.
• Route planning and monthly rules & task reviews.
• Daily reporting on on-time deliveries.
• Follow up on RTW collection and update SOP versions.
