Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is recruiting for a warehouse support role in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The position handles daily warehouse and moving operations, procurement activities, documentation, and stock control.

The candidate should hold a Diploma (Logistics or Supply Chain), have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have good English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills. On-site work with a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or warehousing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and moving operations.
• Prepare job schedules and coordinate Job Instructions.
• Manage warehouse documentation and stock records.
• Monitor packing materials and coordinate replenishment.
• Handle procurement, quotations, Purchase Orders and vendor coordination.
• Verify invoices and perform PO/DO/Invoice matching.
• Assist with stock taking, loading and unloading when required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support ISO/FIDI compliance.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
