Job summary

Palsgaard Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics and warehouse operations support professional to manage receiving, inventory, material movement, and regulatory compliance (MITI, MPOB), ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will coordinate with planners, organize loading/unloading, perform weekly stock checks, and maintain proper storage and housekeeping while adapting to shift work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• ERP systems knowledge; D365FO is an advantage.
• MITI and MPOB processes familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming materials and verify documentation.
• Handle MITI registration and MPOB-SIMS receiving processes.
• Organize warehouse activities and ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate raw material movement to production with planner
• Plan and coordinate loading and unloading activities in the warehouse
• Conduct weekly stock checks and report discrepancies.
