Job summary

AUX CLOUD COMMERCE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across multiple warehouses in Malaysia.

You will manage the flow from port clearance through warehousing to last-mile delivery, collaborating with 3PLs and internal teams to ensure on-time, complete, and compliant shipments. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma with 8+ years in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL operations, and demonstrates strong coordination,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, warehousing, transportation or 3PL operations.
• Hands-on experience managing logistics operations, warehouse activities and external logistics service providers.
• Good understanding of import/export documentation, customs clearance and logistics regulatory requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficient in speaking and writing of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as to communicate effectively with the related parties and/or personnel from HQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practical logistics strategies to support timely delivery and distribution of products across Malaysia.
• Manage and coordinate with 3PL providers and warehouse teams supporting inbound and outbound logistics across 4 warehouses.
• Monitor the end-to-end process from port clearance, container haulage and delivery to warehouse, ensuring transport documentation is accurate and original documents reach the appointed customs clearance agent on time.
• Ensure shipments comply with Malaysian customs requirements and all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate import permits, SIRIM certification requirements and other logistics-related regulatory matters.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure appropriate safety, storage and inventory control standards are maintained.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and After-Sales teams to support events, campaigns, promotions and sample fulfilment requirements.
• Proactively communicate with Global Headquarters and other business units to share best practices, resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.

This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, controlling logistics costs, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting a seamless customer experience. You will also work closely with internal teams, 3PL partners and Global Headquarters to continuously improve logistics performance.

About you
