Delloyd Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Logistics Executive / Senior Executive to join our automotive manufacturing team in Penang.

You will oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery to customers. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience with SAP/ERP/WMS systems, 3PL operations, and import/export compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Coordinate with transporters and 3PL providers to optimize delivery schedules and freight costs.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring SOPs and safety compliance.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in warehouse layout and logistics workflows.
• Uphold safety, handle customs documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs and cost analyses for management.

Warehouse & Logistics Executive / Snr Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Executive / Senior Executive to join our growing team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, efficient logistics coordination, and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy of inventory records.

Logistics Coordination: Work closely with transporters and 3PL providers to optimize delivery schedules and freight costs.

Team Supervision: Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency initiatives in warehouse layout and logistics workflows.

Safety & Compliance: Uphold workplace safety, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and cost optimization analyses for management.

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (Senior Executive requires 5+ years).

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP/ERP/WMS systems, and logistics documentation.

Knowledge of 3PL operations, import/export compliance and supply chain management is an advantage.

Candidate with previous experience working in an automotive environment in an advantage.
