JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.

Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and resources.

Monitor and maintain the accuracy of stock levels and inventory records.

Ensure timely and accurate order processing, picking, packing, and dispatching.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high performance.

Assign and delegate tasks effectively to optimize workforce efficiency.

Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Manage warehouse inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
