Job summary

Oriental Food Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure adequate manpower, and organize transportation activities to move goods from origin to delivery.

You will plan with production to ensure timely shipments, execute logistics plans, maintain stock accuracy through regular counts, train staff, and ensure ISO/HACCP/HALAL compliance while keeping the warehouse clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• 3+ years in logistics/supply chain or related field.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistic Executive (Food Industry)

Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.

Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.

Plan and coordinate with production to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution.

Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.

To fulfil customer request and immediate resolve if complaint raise.

To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.

To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.

To ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.

To train and guide material handlers for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers for export and import shipments.

Comply with ISO, HACCP, HALAL and good manufacturing best practice and performance standards.

To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities, and equipment.

To undertake all work (existing and/or new) and ad hoc job assignments instructed by the Management.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain or equivalent.

At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead a team and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated.
