Job summary

Oriental Food Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking suitable candidates to support the production team in Ayer Keroh, Malacca. The company was established in 1978 and today holds a leading position in Malaysia's snack food and confectionery sector.

The role involves assisting the Production Supervisor, coordinating with operators, and ensuring safety, quality, and housekeeping standards across three shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering disciplines as specified in the requirements.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work on shifts (three shifts).

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor in supervising a team of operators for daily tasks.
• Assist in manpower and material planning.
• Take action on production variations and report to supervisor.
• Ensure operators follow safety and security standards.
• Ensure routine housekeeping is carried out.

• 1.Assist Production Supervisor in supervising a team of operators in performing daily task
• 2.Assist Production Supervisor in manpower and material planning
• 3.Take appropriate action to any variation in the production function and report to Production Supervisor immediately
• 4.Ensure that all operators comply with the safety and security standards in performing their duty.
• 5.Ensure that routine housekeeping is properly carry out
