Job summary

Oriental Food Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure adequate manpower, and organize transportation activities to move goods from origin to delivery.

You will plan with production to ensure timely shipments, execute logistics plans, maintain stock accuracy through regular counts, train staff, and ensure ISO/HACCP/HALAL compliance while keeping the warehouse clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• 3+ years in logistics/supply chain or related field.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and manpower planning.
• Organize transportation, storage, and movement of goods from origin to delivery.
• Plan with production to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
• Execute logistics plans to move products to destinations on schedule.
• Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular inventory counts.
