Job summary

Angenet Sdn Bhd (Spritzer Berhad Yong Peng Branch) is seeking a Warehouse Executive to optimise warehouse operations in Yong Peng, Johor. You will supervise inbound, outbound, and spare parts, manage inventory, and coordinate with logistics for efficient distribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or a warehouse environment is an added advantage.
• Experience in ISO, FSSC 22000, GMP, or quality management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Warehouse Inbound (WI), Warehouse Outbound (WO), and Spare Parts operations.
• Ensure daily warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company procedures.
• Manage manpower planning, work schedules, employee performance, training, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC 22000, GMP, safety requirements, and company regulations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate monthly stock take activities.
• Oversee receiving, storage, loading, unloading, and stock movement processes.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and on-hold inventories and report findings to management.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimising our warehouse operations and ensuring efficient distribution of products. As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, managing inventory, and coordinating with logistics teams to maintain smooth operational flow. This role is essential to our success in the warehousing, storage and distribution sector, ensuring that products are handled, stored, and dispatched with maximum efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and lead Warehouse Inbound (WI), Warehouse Outbound (WO), and Spare Parts operations.

Ensure daily warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company procedures.

What we're looking for
