Pharm-D Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while maintaining GDP and FEFO standards.
Responsibilities include stock counts, inventory control, and coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment. Prior experience and strong organisational skills are essential.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and other relevant documents.
Ensure products are stored, handled, and distributed in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, and annual stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy and minimise stock variances.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and investigate discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory issues.
Raise, investigate, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to warehouse deviations, customer complaints, and audit findings.
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and deliveries.
Supervise warehouse personnel while maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
Support internal and external audits, drive continuous process improvements, and perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and inventory control principles, including FEFO.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Forklift driving licence will be an added advantage.
