You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while ensuring accuracy of inventory and adherence to safety standards. The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, proficiency with common WMS, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a small team.

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Executive to join our dynamic team at RIFENG MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position based on-site at our warehouse facility. As a Warehouse Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution centre. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory, coordinating with logistics partners, and maintaining high standards of safety and organisation. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver products to our customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide guidance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation, including stock movements and delivery reports
• Coordinate with logistics partners and external carriers to arrange shipments and manage delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices
• Implement and maintain warehouse organisation systems to optimise storage and retrieval processes
• Monitor warehouse equipment and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly and report maintenance issues
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipments and product availability

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
• Physical capability to work in a warehouse environment and perform duties as required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
• Preferably, experience with import/export operations or handling hazardous materials would be advantageous
