Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate inventory control and proper stock movement, and maintain documentation.

You will coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to keep operations smooth, assist in manpower planning and supervision of warehouse personnel, and strive to improve SOPs for productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages or dialects is an added advantage.
• Technically proficient and computer literate, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Continuously evaluate and enhance warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives and business needs.

About you
