Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall warehouse operations.
• Ensure goods are properly received, stored, picked, issued, packed, and dispatched.
• Review warehouse space and optimize storage utilization.
• Ensure materials are prepared and delivered according to schedule.
• Establish, review, and improve warehouse SOPs and work processes.
• Review stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes.
• Coordinate replenishment with Purchasing and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage incoming/outgoing goods with suppliers and transport providers.
• Ensure timely loading/unloading and on-time delivery.

Job description

Manage and monitor the overall warehouse operations.

Ensure goods are properly received, stored, picked, issued, packed, and dispatched.

Review warehouse space and make effective use of available storage areas.

Ensure materials are prepared and delivered according to schedule.

Establish, review, and improve warehouse SOPs and work processes.

2. Inventory Control & Management

Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock takes.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with Purchasing.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Ensure inventory information is properly maintained and accurately updated in the system.

3. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

Manage incoming and outgoing goods together with suppliers and transport providers.

Ensure the timely loading and unloading of goods.

Coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure goods reach the required destination on time.

Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve any logistics-related issues.

Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Sales to support smooth operations.

4. Safety, Quality & Compliance

Ensure warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain good housekeeping and ensure proper implementation of 5S practices.

Ensure materials are stored and handled safely and appropriately.

Carry out regular warehouse safety inspections and accident investigations.

Ensure warehouse operations comply with ISO requirements and the company’s quality standards.

What We’re Looking For
