Aufgaben

• Receive, unload, and stock inventory; perform weekly stock takes.
• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare shipping documents and perform stock reconciliation.
• Maintain orderly storage areas and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Work with other departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Identify process improvements and implement updated warehouse procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper labeling of goods.
• Assist with daily reporting and monthly inventory reports.

Achieve high levels of supplier satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.

Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities.

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.

Receive and unload goods. Stock take when goods arrive.

To monitor and follow up supplier and customer’s delivery schedule.

To coordinate with all other related department to ensure on time delivery.

To responsible for transport arrangement.

To monitor and record outgoing goods for delivery.

To counter check the return of Delivery Order daily.

Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.

Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.

Rotate and coordinate the withdrawals of stock on “first in, first out” principle

Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.

Ensure proper and accurate filling of all delivery related documents.

Ensure proper record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm stock levels and maintain inventory control.

Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies.

Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.

Weekly stock take

Prepare monthly report.

Prepare all shipping document.

Deal with Forwarding Agent for prepare Custom declaration form

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time

Confer and coordinate activities with other department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Knowledge of proper record keeping and inventory management.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a warehouse environment.
